What We Do

— Community Outreach

1. Health education workshops: Conducting workshops on various health topics such as nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention, and reproductive health.2. Free or low-cost health screenings: Providing access to screenings for common health issues like blood pressure, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS.

2. Mobile clinics: Bringing medical services directly to underserved communities, offering basic medical care and health assessments.

3. Community health fairs: Organizing events where community members can access information, resources, and services related to health and wellness.

—Research & Policy Analysis

  1. Identifying the critical health issues: Understanding the current health needs and challenges within the community or region the NGO serves is essential. This can involve conducting surveys, interviews, and data analysis to determine the most pressing health concerns.
  1. Researching best practices and interventions: Once the health issues are identified, researching evidence-based interventions and best practices is crucial. This can involve reviewing academic literature, evaluating successful programs in similar contexts, and consulting with experts in the field.
  1. Assessing policy implications: Analyzing existing health policies and their impact on the targeted population is important. Identifying gaps and areas for improvement in current policies can help shape advocacy efforts and influence decision-making at the local, national, or international level.
